    Ricoh Electronics, Inc. (REI), is seeking a 2nd shift truck driver for our Thermal operation in Lawrenceville.  Under general supervision, the driver will store or move received stock, equipment, or merchandise. The driver will operator a tractor trailer vehicle weighing over 26,001 lbs. to transport raw material or finished product to other company locations.

    Responsibilities include

    The Warehouse Driver will:

    • Load and unload material from trucks to a warehouse or storage facility.
    • Follow oral or written work orders in the storage or movement of received stock, equipment, or merchandise.
    • May use hand-held electronic inventory devices to track, code, or mark merchandise.
    • Operate a powered forklift to move, stack or load materials throughout production, warehouse, storage and shipping/receiving areas or buildings.
    • Operate a commercial truck requiring a specialized license. Transport material to and from specified destinations.
    • Verify truck load to ensure conformance with shipping documents.
    • Maintain contact with supervisor to receive delivery or pickup instructions.
    • Check truck's equipment and supplies to ensure road worthiness. Notify supervisor of current or anticipated repair needs.
    • Maintain logs and records according to I.C.C. regulations, as required.
    • Follow well-defined procedures, receive, store and issue stock of plant materials and supplies.
    • Check incoming material against accompanying documents to determine completeness and accuracy; keep stock neat and orderly, fill requisitions and maintain inventory records.
    • Complete receiving, shipment shortage, and damaged material reports.

    Qualified candidates will possess

    Qualified candidates will possess:


    • 2+ years of recent warehouse and over-the-road vehicle operation experience
    • Good driving record
    • Experience with driving and towing trailers of various sizes
    • Flatbed truck driving experience is preferred
    • Experience hauling construction and heavy equipment preferred
    • Class A commercial driver's license is required.
    • Reads and writes numbers in decimals. Speaks and understands basic instructions in English and able to read maps
    • Basic computer skills required.
    • Forklift license required and must be able to pass REI’s forklift certification upon hire
    • Knowledge of Ricoh’s Safety and Ricoh Way Production System programs highly preferred
